Fantastic service - quick, thoughtful, well explained. My wing mirror needed replacing. From initial call through to having the new part in place was around 3hrs, even with the need to order in the part. Howard and the team were absolute stars.

Dropped car off at 8:30 and it wasn’t ready until 4pm... for a oil change. I told them no rush but that’s a little excessive. When I get there my cars not even there because the mechanic is driving it around the block. Who needs to drive a car around the block after a oil change? Guy isn’t there to ring me up either. Had to wait 10 minutes. Not only that there was dirt everywhere in my car that I had to go clean. Huge smudge by the parking brake. I’d actually like to request a refund on the service or at least a discount. Not what I expected
