I can't even describe how much appreciation and respect I have for Howard and his Garage team! You can feel so helpless when something terrible happens to your car, and with Howard and The Garage, you feel like you have trusted support of a friend or parent. Something inside my 2009 car engine broke and so I immediately got it towed to The Garage. Howard called me later that day with the bad news that either I need a new engine or they could take it apart and told me to take the weekend to weigh my options. Did I mention I was flying out of town the next day for a WEEK?! The remainder of this service was done over the phone or through email. Howard was responsive and patient with my situation and when it came time to arrange a tow truck to pick up the car (bc financially, it didn't make sense to do any additional service on the car) he and his team were extremely helpful! When I returned home a week later, to no car, I settled up my bill and Howard offered to email any cars within my budget he comes across. So thoughtful. I trust the team and advice at The Garage-- I will continue to suggest their services when people talk about getting work done on their vehicles. Thank you for all that your team does for me!

First I called about getting a quote for replacing a wheel bearing, they gave me a general range which was helpful, most places won't until the car is brought in which usually has a cost for the inspection. Made my appointment and then dropped off the car on the scheduled date. Service was friendly, was given a call to reconfirm cost and also had other issues identified by their tech's. They provided me the choice of whether I wanted the the other problems fix and the associated cost to it, no pressure to get me to get them all fixed right at that moment. Cost wise, they are reasonable for the work that was done, I would definitely go back for any other repairs that I need.

Excellent, speedy service! Passenger window stopped working, and The Garage got it fixed for me in the same day! They even offered special rate from a rental car company to save me money. Will definitely be a returning customer!
